Whether you are on a maintenance contract or not, we are happy to support you and your WordPress Website changes or issues!

Please give us as much detail as possible about your problem or change. If you are looking for content changes, please post the exact copy.

If you are new to LPCS, give us as much detail as possible about your business and your problem or needs and we will get back to you asap!

Support Hours

Normal Support Hours: M-F 8a-6p EST
After-Hours/Emergency Website Support is available for a fee for non-contracted clients.
Clients on Annual Maintenance Contracts are covered for most issues (the point of a maintenance contract is to prevent major problems from occurring in the first place, so we find urgent issues to be minimal fortunately!) Some changes/issues however may still incur additional charge depending on the scope of the change or problem.

If you are used to emailing us with your website queries, please start using this form as emails can get trapped in spam or accidentally deleted. We will be transitioning to a new help desk based system soon!
