Please use this form for both new website projects or website maintenance plans.

We like to have as much of your infrastructure documented before we start any project, even our maintenance plan clients.  Don’t worry if you can’t answer some of these questions just yet – we can work through them together.

    Domain Registrar info (if different from hosting company):

    WordPress Theme or PlugIn Accounts. Most people aren't sure of this info. Did you purchase any premium themes or third-party plugins for your website? If so, please provide login info. Some examples of this are, an account at themeforest that manages your theme versions, or e-commerce applications, etc.

    Backups. Do you have any idea how that is currently being managed - or if it is being done at all? Some plans come with backups, some require you to backup yourself. Provide any info you can.

    Who else has access to your current website. IE: existing developer, SEO consultant, copywriter, analytics people, etc. Please list who and roles.

    Social Media
    If we are connecting your Social Media to your website, we may need passwords temporarily to create the connection.
