Support Hours
- Normal Support Hours: M-F 8a-6p EST
- After-Hours/Emergency Website Support is available for a fee for non-contracted clients.
- Clients on Annual Maintenance Contracts are covered for most issues (the point of a maintenance contract is to prevent major problems from occurring in the first place, so we find urgent issues to be minimal fortunately!) Some changes/issues however may still incur additional charge depending on the scope of the change or problem.
